You're wrong on explosives. Explosives is rocket launchers.
Repair is +repair.
I think modify can make thermals and make blasters and such. I think that is in place?

Combat skills:
Brawl
Melee
Blasters
Heavy weapons (rocket launchers AND grenades)
No specific skill for gunnery or artillery, have those subsumed in pilotting skill. There are no pure-tail gunners or shouldn't be. That's lame. Let's also assume pilotting works for all vehicles. Pilotting wuold be the combat skill for a guy who wants to use vehicles primarily.
Get rid of business, influence, streetwise, survival, scholarship, and gambling. Those are useless. Tactics might be useless too. As well as navigation. We have computers that navigate for us. Wealth maybe, too. Save for getting more money for a week, it is fairly useless.
